Brief Answer:
Try sitagliptin

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, the medicine dosage needs to be modified.
Of your sugars are not controlled a higher or more frequent dose of medicines should be considered.
If that does not work, I suggest adding a sitagliptin to help you find a better sugar control.
You will need to check your diet as well.
More frequent sugar testing , preferably with glucometer is advisable during this time.
Note that one reading of sugars is not appropriate for suggestion of change of medication.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal
