Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You have stage I hypertension and a pulse pressure between 80-90 (i.e the difference between systolic and diastolic pressure). This in most of the cases is related to aortic regurgitation.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do cardiac echo in order to exclude aortic regurgitation.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
