detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If you have been taking the PPI drug for a long time and nicorette recently ,then it is highly likely that you might be allergic to an ingredient in nicotine lozenges.
You can try to stop using nicorette lozenges for 2-3 days and the rash would go away in 24-48 hours.
You can take a cool shower to ease the itch.Calamine lotions also can be helpful.
-If the symptoms are sever you can take an over the counter antihistamine drug like Cetirizine or Loratadine which are non-sedating drugs.
If the itching interferes with your sleep you can chose an sedating antihistamine like Benadryl.

If the symptoms doesn't seem to improve in 1-2 days ,then most likely nicorette lozenges is not the cause of the allergy.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
