Question: I have had a hip replacement and ended up with hemophobia, which is very painful. Is there anything I can do?

Welcome to HCM. Sorry to read about your traumatic surgery and experience. The way to go would be to start cognitive behavioral therapy which involves talking through the experience and/or desensitization to blood. The therapy will also allow you to discover the exact issue with this and trigger events. When this fails, medications can be added to the therapy, it has been shown than these two treatment approaches are more successful than either one on its own.
