Question : hi i work up woth horrbile pain in my neck. its hard to turn it etc.

Sudden pain in the neck while you woke up could most possibly be a muscle spasm. Do not attempt to force twist your neck till you feel pain free.
You may take OTC Pain drugs like brufen or diclofenac. Local gels of diclofenac might also help you. You can also try warm compresses.
