Question: I am hot and sweating one minute and chilled the next minute. I just received lab results that I have vitamin b deficiency. Is this related?

These are called hot flashes and are symptoms seen in post menopausal women. These are due to hormonal deficiency that occur in post menopausal women.
You continue taking HRT.
