Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description a cardiac cause should be looked for and ruled out. An ECG and echocardiogram should be done to determine the cause of the fatigue symptoms that you fell progressively after doing your chores. Complete blood count should also be done to look for anemia. A urinary tract infection can also be the cause. Feeling of hot flashes can be due to a hyperthyroid state. Thyroid function tests should also be done in this regard.

Hello again
Echocardiogram should be done to determine the ejection fraction of the heart and look for possible components of heart failure which cannot be specified by an EKG.
If there are numerous puss cells on urine R/E then culture sensitivity testing should be done and empirical antibiotics should be initiated , in consultation with your doctor.
