Question : I get hot and sweating almost every day and sometines more than once; it does not last for long; temperarture rises to 37 for a while and then drops to a normal reading. Any suggestions please?

Fever and sweating are suggestive of an infection.
Urinary infection is very common in women and it may occur even without much urinary symptoms.
It would be better to see a doctor and have a physical examination and tests to determine the cause of fever /infection and take treatment.
