Question : Im positive im going into menepause. I have hot flashes worse at night. Still having my period. Hair has changed thinning. I have lost n still losing 25 or more pounds in like two months. Im very confused alot. I feel shaky. I stay home cuz I dont really drive safely. I get lost. And very frantic easily. I feel I have lost it. I do suffer from ptsd ocd anxiety sleep deprivation.....I only take menapause vitamins.

You can get hormonal tests done to confirm this diagnosis.
The tests are FSH, LH and Serum Estradiol.
Please get them done so that you know where you stand with respect to menopause.
