Brief Answer:
Further testing needed to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Since you refer about skipped beats and rapid changes in heart rate, primary cause of your symptoms seems to be arrhythmia.

It is necessary to get evaluated with an ambulatory ECG ( Holter ECG monitoring) in order to evaluate correctly this possibility.

Since you use warfarin, subdural hematoma also should be considered and excluded, because it may present with seizures.

A CT scan of the head is necessary for this purpose.

Please discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
