Brief Answer:
Information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxx

Have you taken your temperature during these times when you are hot? Please record your temperatures if you haven't already, because this information is important for evaluating what might be going on.

Are your periods regular, and is there any history in your family of women having early menopause? That is another consideration.

It's possible you have a low grade infection. Your doctor can check a CBC (complete blood count) with manual differential to assess if there is an infection. A CBC can also help, sometimes, to show if there is an inflammatory process going on.

I also recommend blood tests of your thyroid function (TSH, T4) as thyroid dysfunction can cause people to be too hot or too cold or have heat intolerance.

And most of all, go in to be seen by your doctor for an evaluation as this is important to evaluate in person. Bring in a list of your temperatures taken during periods of feeling very hot.

Anxiety/stress can cause these symptoms (hot, sweaty, nausea) too, but unless there is obvious stress and anxiety, I would look into these medical considerations first.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
