Question : I have a hot nodules in left thyroid. Does that mean it's cancerous?

I can understand your concern.
Hot nodules has the lowest probability from all thyroid nodules to be cancerous .
You should check the Thyroid hormones (TSH, Ft4 and Ft3) because it may produce autonomously hormones and cause over active thyroid or hyperthyroidism.
In these cases you should start treatment with oral tablets.
