                                            Question : hi I know this may sound a little strange and that is why I haven't went to a Dr yet I am not sure how to approach them in regards to how I feel I do have back problem but don't think its related but then again I'm not sure . it feels like my insides which is like my chest and body feels really hot on inside I feel thristy but nothing helps to get rid of feeling I also have been getting bad  headaches for a couple of days now they start few mins after waking up any advice would be helpful

                                    when I start feeling like hot I do get on edge one because I don't know how to make it go away sleep isn't to well I wake up every couple of hours. I don't get hungry much even though I can't seem to lose weight despite me not eating much. I do drink a lot mostly water I don't take any medicines . I use to have seizure disorder I do have pcos . my energy feels shot I have 3 babies but it feels like  I am always worn out

Kindly consult your local psychiatrist.
Donot take any medications on your own as these are all prescription drugs.
