Question : so fell down on scooter landed on his back did not hit head but said after saw spots and now complaining right eye hurts

Detailed Answer: Dear Sir Thank you for posting your query on XXXXXXX Well looking into your problem you are having a problem of seeing floaters and right eye hurting after felling down. It will be difficult for anybody to give you an answer for this because any situation like this needs evaluation . Sometimes we dont realise but when we fall our body gets a shock and the affects are seen afterwards . There can be a possibilty of having some eye injury internally but cannot be said without examination . You have to see an ophthalmologist for this as eye examination will be required . Take care.
