Question : Hello, Doctor. I am 37 yrs old. My face is becoming dark day by day even if using sun block with SPF 50 and using hyperpigmentation cream(Meladerm). I also tried natural home remedies too. There is no difference. My body is fair but my face is not fair. I have hypothyrodism and I am in medication . I have piles too. So this is the reason for my dark face or any other reason please mention.
