                                            Question : Hi I'm 32 I suffer with various problems 
Hyperalgesia
Irritable bowel
Diverticular disease
Fibromyalgia
Arthritis
Mittelschmerz lasting anything from a couple of days to right up to menstruation
I was on the depo prevera till February last year and have been trying to conceive ever since menstruated for the first time in December 2014 Im currently 2 days past ovulation confirmed by opks cervical mucus and bbt but today I have severe cramps worse then usual I have a phobia of Drs ( it's a long storey I'm afraid) im hoping there's a simple explanation for my pain please any advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated I'm actively trying to conceive and am worried something could be wrong

                                    The pain are lower pelvic central radiating to either side it started just after 5am and woke me up it's not my irritable bowel it felt too specific for that the pains became intermittent and subsided completely by lunchtime I've also had an irritable bladder with it no pain or burning when i urinate my temperature was fine I juat have a heavy ache there now hope this helps and thank you soo much for your help kind regards XXXXXXX
