Question: My tsh is 0.024 and t4 free is 1.71. What does this mean?
I had my thyroid out in March due to Medullary cancer

It means that you are taking too much synthroid.

Hello,
Your must be under synthroid since you have done total thyroidectomy.
The actual hormonal level shows sublicincal hyperthyroidism due to the large dose of synthroid.
You should lower the dose and check the TSH after 6 weeks.
