Brief Answer:
Hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Blood pressure below 90/60 is considered hypotension, in your case it could be because of the anti hypertensive medication which you are taken.
I recommend that you lie down with leg end elevated and re check you blood pressure after 10 min. If the blood pressure still remain below 90/60 then please approach the ER ( emergency room) for IV saline infusion.
I also recommend that you approach your treating physician as soon as possible in order to re adjust the blood pressure medication.

Also watch out for sign of hypotension like
1. Giddiness
2. Shortness of breath
3. Palpitation
4. Sweating
5. Chest pain
If you get any of these symptoms please appraoch the ER immediately

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

I wish you good health

Regards
