Brief Answer:
You need to undergo a meticulous neurological examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for being on Healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist and I'd surely like to answer your query.

To be on the safer side, considering your age, sudden onset imbalance just after getting awake from sleep, needs to be evaluated from the point of a posterior circulation brain stroke.
Just a few questions:
1)Are you having double vision, any abnormalities in eye movements, any limb weakness, any vision difficulty, any sensation of vomiting or any facial asymmetry?
2)Are you having any past medical history-Diabetes,Dyslipidemia,Hypertension or Heart disease?
3)Are you obese?
4)Are you a smoker?

If any of 1,2,3 or 4 is 'YES',you need to visit a neurologist(and if no,just be observant for a little time and if the symptoms persist, even then you need to visit him) so that he does a meticulous neurological examination on you and if there is anything in doubt, ask for a brain imaging(like computerised tomographic{CT}scan or magnetic resonance imaging{MRI} scan,to rule out some serious pathology like stroke).

Alternatively, your pulse pressure is increased(135-65=70,normal should be upto 40).It may be due to anxiety, fever or alcohol intake(if you does so) and these conditions may be resulting in your feeling of imbalance also.

Hope I have answered your queries. If you have some follow-up questions,I'll feel glad to answer them, else, you can close the thread and rate it.
