Hello
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic
inability to have penetrative sex after marriage despite strong desire to do so, can be due to many reasons
1- Erectile problem where male has poor quality erection, not enough to penetrate. It can be psychogenic , drug induced,
hypogonadism or venous leakage.
2- fear of pain or internal damage to genital organs due to sexual myths or spasm of perineal muscles, making penetration impossible.
3- when someone was sexually abusedin childhood, it becomes difficult to prepare oneself for something that was so shameful and disgusting
4- Psychiatric problems like
depression,
Anxiety disorder,ADHD
5- lack of sex education and knowledge of human anatomy.
so first the cause has to be found by appropriate tests and treatment is devised accordingly.
