Brief Answer: Please get the following tests done Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic inability to have penetrative sex after marriage despite strong desire to do so, can be due to many reasons 1- Erectile problem where male has poor quality erection, not enough to penetrate. It can be psychogenic , drug induced, hypogonadism or venous leakage. 2- fear of pain or internal damage to genital organs due to sexual myths or spasm of perineal muscles, making penetration impossible. 3- when someone was sexually abusedin childhood, it becomes difficult to prepare oneself for something that was so shameful and disgusting 4- Psychiatric problems like depression, Anxiety disorder,ADHD 5- lack of sex education and knowledge of human anatomy. so first the cause has to be found by appropriate tests and treatment is devised accordingly. Please get fasting blood sugar, morning time BP, BMI, lipid profile, T3,T4 & TSH , serum testosterone at 8.30 AM and vaginal exam by Gynecologist. pl let me know the results. Dr Saatiish Jhuntrraa
