Question : Sir, I am using you medication however i have witnessed that my bowels activity has increased sice taking medicine

1. Since the medication contains blend of soluble/insoluble fibre [mainly psyllium husk (Isabgol)] which acts as bulk laxative thus could be cause of increase frequency of stool.
PS. These laxatives increases stool frequency and reduce stool viscosity,need not to worry.
