Brief Answer:
Can be a physiological variation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The increase in head size that is persistent for last 2 ultrasound scans can be a physiological variation of large head. If there is any hydrocephalus or a structural abnormality in the head then that would have been easily detected in these scans. Some babies are born with comparatively larger heads with no structural abnormality. It is not necessarily associated with diabetes or any other illness. You need not worry if the baby is growing proportionately and is structurally normal.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Head is anatomically normal.

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the uploaded reports. The head looks anatomically normal. There is no evidence of hydrocephalus. The amniotic fluid at 14 is also normal. It is not worrisome.
Regards.
