Question : I have a High Ggt level of 223 IU/L. What process shoul I go through to determine the cause and possibly lowering the level?

If you take alcohol regularly, Elevated Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) can be a sign of either liver damage or an obstruction, partial or complete, of the biliary tract. You should then see a doctor and be investigated.
