Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I understand your concerns.
In my opinion, this endometrial thickness is normal. Do not worry.
As the female approaches her menses, the endometrial thickness increases.
During menses, this thickened endometrium is shed off under hormonal influence and there is bleeding.
I am just curious to know, why your doctor ordered a scan?
Hope to hear from you again.
Take care.
Thanks.
