Brief Answer:
Stop any physical activity until see cardiologist immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

Having increased heart rate and skipped heart beats are indicating possible heart problems. A thorough cardiac check up is needed to determine the right diagnosis:
- echocardiogram
- holter monitoring
- crp
- lipid profile testing
- stress test

You are saying to have already done 3 EKGs until now. Can you please send the report to me?

As you have been referred to cardiologist, I highly advise to consult with him as soon as possible. I also recommend not to run sports or high/intense physical activities until you see cardiologist.

Avoid:
- caffeinated beverages like coffee, chocolate, energetic drinks, etc
- alcohol
- spicy/chilly/oily foods

If you feel flushes on face or palpitations, go to ER as soon as possible.

Hope it helped.

Brief Answer:
Yes,heart symptoms are strange sometimes

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Cardiovascular symptoms are very nasty some times, not necessarily to have chest pain or shortness of breath.

I am concerned in your case about the work of your heart after an intense physical activity, the flushing you had and unusual palpitations.

That's why a good cardiac check up will determine the type of problems you are having.

All the best.
