Brief Answer:
No its not .

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Greetings.

Thanks for your query.

I can understand your concern regarding the disease, don't worry its not a matter of concern, so relax.

After going through the history I am in the opinion that your blood cholesterol is increased, which is expected as per your age and sex, because you are in the post menopausal state.

In post menopausal stage the concentration of one good hormone called oestrogen becomes less so the chances of osteoporosis (bone weakening) increases, and also cholesterol starts increasing which causes bad effect on various organ of body.

As per your history your cholesterol is 300 mg/dl, so this condition is called dyslipidemia.

Your cholesterol is high , but not so high to creat bad effect on body, and the happy part of it is , that it could be managed by various means.

I would like to give you some tips to keep control of your cholesterol.

1. Please continue cholesterol lowering medicine tab-prevastatin 20 mg daily.
2. Avoid oily and fatty food like pizzas, burger, fried items, binge food, etc.
3. Do daily exercise, yoga, meditation, walking to keep fit.
4. Drink plenty of fluid, have green leafy vegetables, fruits, salads, etc.
5. Avoid smoking,alcohol,caffeine, etc.
6. Have multivitamins, and calcium supplements.
7. Be in regular check up with lipid profile, blood pressure.
8. Have periodic check up with your treating doctor.

So in short healthy lifestyle and diet modification will keep you fit and your blood parameters in control.

Hope my advice have cleared your doubts, if still you have any query then you are hearty welcome, please do not hesitate to ask me again.

Wishing you healthy life and good luck.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Decreased RBC & Platelets

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As per your history your RBC & Platelets are decreased since last four months,I can understand your concern.

But how much it is decreased whether too much low or very little low. Please update me the value if possible so that it becomes easy for me to guide you further accurately.

Anyhow the point to consider now is to find out the cause of decreased RBC & Platelets. So for that few investigation are to be done like Peripheral smear, bone marrow biopsy, etc.

Please do consider to get it done by making an appointment with your treating doctor, so that necessary steps could be taken to correct the cause of decreased RBC & Platelets.

Hope I have cleared your doubt, if still any query please do not hesitate to write me back.

I will be happy to hear from you again,

Wishing you a speedy and healthy recovery,

Regards,

Thanks.
