Brief Answer:
Giving Guthi is not recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Every new born baby have their own stool frequency. Passage of stools 4 times in oast 4 hours may not always be due to infective diarrhoea. If the following criteria are fulfilled there is no cause for concern
1. Baby is exclusive breastfeeding
2. Baby is accepting feeds well
3. Tongue is moist and there is no sign of Dehydration
4. Urine output is adequate
5. Absence of blood and mucous in stools

Giving guthi is not recommended in babies. It will not help with increased frequency of stools. Enterogermina is a Probiotic. Repeating the dose will not help. Give it in dosage as recommended. The increase in stool frequency is usually self limiting. I would suggest you the following

1. Continue exclusive breastfeeding
2. Give Enterogermina as advised.
3. Zinc syrup supplement will be helpful if the frequency persists

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care

Brief Answer:
Next dose can be given at morning

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX

Giving 1/3 of bottle will be too high dose for 18 day old baby. 2 ml thrice a day will be sufficient. The next dosage can be giving in the morning.

Wishing your baby a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
