You may have Acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Normal ECG and TMT have ruled out heart problem
Your problem may be Acid reflux i.e regurgitation of acid from stomach into food pipe. You may have Hiatus hernia. For this your should take following measures
1.Avoid large meals, take small frequent meals.
2.Avoid spicy,sour and fast food.
3.maintain margin of 2 to 3 hours between meal and sleep.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol.
5.Take combination of Rabeprazole and domperidone for about 2 weeks.
If inspite of all this your symptoms continue please go for further evaluation in form uf upper GI endoscopy and usg upper abdomen to rule out other conditions.
My best wishes
Dr.Rajesh Teli.
