Question : Why is my heart beating so high like 190 to 210 when I'm walking in the park? My legs feel like jelly when this happens and I just feel really tired and abit disoriented but not very dizzy. Today is first day of my period. Should I be worried that this is happening. I feel abit better after resting and not walking.
Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Increase in heart rate with exercise is normal. But as you are saying that it goes till 210/min than it needs evaluation.
I will advice you for a Tread Mill Test(TMT) in which ECG monitoring is done with exercise. So any abnormality will be caught on it.
Easy fatiguability & leg pain generally relates to Vitamin D3 deficiency. So please get it checked. I will also recommend you to test your Hemoglobin.
I hope your problems will be solved by result of these tests.
Thanks & take care
