What Causes Increased Heart Rate In A Lactating Mother?

Question: My Wife (XXXX) was observed with Increased Heart Rate (104, 108) but these are not continuous! but during this sweating in the palm, feet is observed.

Anxiety, Acidity/Gastric are her major complaints. She is currently feeding (Baby is 8months, 2nd kid).

BP - normal.
Blood test:
Vit B12 (CLIA) - 885 pg/ml
Total Vit D [25(OH)D] (CLIA) - 22 ng/ml

looking for a EPS (electrophysiology study) but not sure about the pros-n-cons

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

I think a thyroid TSH level and a sonography of kidneys for pheochromocytoma or renal stenosis will be better to find exact cause of her symptoms.

These tests are for detecting hyperthyroidism and pheochromocytoma which are common causes of high non continous heart rate and sweating of palms.
