Brief Answer:
Normal increase of heart rate when exercising

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is normal to have increased heart rate when exercising.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to :
- avoid alcohol, smoking or any other illicit drug
- try to control stress
- run ECG, cardiac echo, stress tests to rule out heart problems

Hope it was of help!
