Brief Answer:
consult your doctor and stop paxil for a while

Detailed Answer:
Hello young lady,

Thanks for writing to us.

In general SSRI (paxil) are good medicines for depression. Improvement begins in 2 weeks of taking the drugs. You are currently taking paxil and in 3rd week and there is worsening of your problem. It indicates that paxil is not working. Restlessness, tired all the time, no sex drive can be side effects of paxil. Better to stop the medicine and consult your doctor for alternative as soon as possible.

For a while please do not act on suicidal thoughts. You are young and depression is treatable condition. There are many other medicines available for depression and psychotherapy can also help.
Give yourself time and take regular sleep and meals.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
