Brief Answer:
nothing to worry if B12 supplementation was taken else get investigated
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your reports.
Increased Vitamin B12 levels are most commonly due to supplementation either in oral or intravenous form.
Other causes are less commonly encountered like myeloproliferative disorders, chronic myelogeneous leukemia, polycythemia vera, promyelocytic leukemia. In your case automated counts is normal with no abnormal cell type, so nothing to worry about.
Also liver dysfunction, cirrhosis or renal dysfunction may lead to such increase. Your liver profile is also normal.
I will advice you to check your previous medications if you have taken any B12 supplements.
In case you are very concerned then you can get additional investigations like serum, urea, creatinine, absolute eosinophil count, general blood picture for atypical cells and ultrasound abdomen.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further queries.
