What Causes Increasing Unusual Patchy Spots On Arms, Shoulders And Back?

Question: Hello
Today I have more new and unusual patchy spots / marks on my arms , shoulders and back.
I tested negative for all main std's in April 2014. 10 weeks after a massage where I did not have sex but the girl was naked and at one point used her own saliva on her hands.
I am worried if even a minor chance of hiv or another serious std as this new spots / rash looks like hiv rash ? I also have to urinate often and my vision is blurry. I have raised temperature.
My doctor feels I have a bacterial or fungal infection. He prescribed creams and antibiotics but they so far are not working.
Do you recognise these symptoms? Do I need to get retested for all std's? I'm concerned as all these problems began with that one massage eventhough I did not have sex. It's now continuing for almost one year with blurry vision and frequent urination. These spots and rash only appeared recently
Thanks

Here is some extra details: the spots / marks are not itchy but they sort of sting or are sore when they touch off my clothes or when I lie in bed.
I've also attached a few pics
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Desonide
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
These spots are due to pityriasis versicolor.
It is a viral infection and is usually self limiting.
There is nothing to worry.
These are not related to HIV.
You can apply a mild steroid cream.
I usually prescribe desonide lotion for 15 days and have seen good response with that.
you can try this.
just relax and let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Hello Dr XXXXXXX and thanks for your response
Today despite continuing my creams and antibiotics my spots have now spread to the back of my hands
I am worried this could be an undetected std.
Do these pics change your response ?
