Question : this is for dr. XXXXXXX chacko dr. refer to my earlier query which you had replied that these are warts and they may go on their own or I may have to cautorise them. the question doc is they seem to be increasing in numbers on my palm and in between my fingers. though what I say may not be related these changes are happening after my genital herpes.... please advice.

Brief Answer: Warts Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX, Welcome back, If the warts are increasing in number it is better to see a dermatologist and get them removed. It has no connection to genital herpes or HIV. What you are having is a condition called venereophobia- fear of sexually transmitted infections. It is better that you go to a psychologist for counselling as I can see that this fear is affecting your daily routine. Please do not worry. Take care.
