Question : I have an indentation on the URQ of my right buttock. Started a month ago and has become increasingly large and deep. I can feel a point in the deep center

Buttock indentation can be a symptom of some inflammation in this area, cyst creation or ingrown hair. In case of inflammation there should be redness, hardness and pain in this area.
Ingrown hair can cause indentation only.
In all cases it is worth to start with soft tissues ultrasound. This should give some information about what is this.
