2. Is there possibility that virus is not getting detected because of good immune system?
3. Whether Virus takes time like 2,5 or 10 year to get detected.?
4.if I am not having HIV than what is the problem because these all trouble started same time and it is there more or less from 12 month

Brief Answer:
No possibility of HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

1. In your case after so many tests there is absolutely no chance of HIV. If infection is present then window period is only 6 months. So test is conclusive after 6 months.
2. No possibility that the virus has not been picked by tests. As if infective then virus will always be there in blood and will be deleted by tests.
3.No virus will not take 2,4 or 10 years to detect. Virus will always be present after 3-4 weeks of unprotected intercourse and disease may be manifested later. But test will detect the presence of virus.
4.I would suggest you to get oral swab test done for fungal elements. Take multivitamins, multimineral and calcium supplement. Eat protein rich healthy and balanced diet with plenty of water. Exercise helps boost immunity.
5.No further tests needed. You are HIV negative100%. Do not need to worry.
6. Lymph nodes are swollen even after common viral infections. Get penis and oral lesion tested by swab for fungal elements. As far as gastric problems. Pantaprazole and antacids will be beneficial. Get to see a gastroenterologist to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.
7 Maintain hygiene both oral and genitals.
8 Itching in throat could be due to allergic reactions. Monteleukast daily will be beneficial. See a pulmonologist.
