Thanx for quick reply and guidance sir. I have sent you a pic. My partner has not developed any infections beacuse I do take a lot of care by keeping myself clean before intercouse. Miconazole give relief but in case I miss the infection reappears. Once I took lactobacillus and good improvement but I missed medicine for few days due to visit to remote area. Afterwards I have not tried. Now we are trying to concieve and I want to get rid of this infection as soon as possible. Regards . XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Likely fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for follow up query.

I have gone through the photo.
Though the photo is not clear ,it appears to be due to fungal infection. You can confirm with your treating doctor.
You can clean the area with warm water twice daily.
I would have adviced topical miconazole or clotrimazole cream ,and oral antifungals like flucanazole 150mg weekly once.

Treat your partner also with flucanazole 150 mg weekly once.
You can avoid intercourse when active infection.
You can go ahead with conception once infection subsides without fear.

You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
