Question : my daughter is of 8 months old.she got some rash on her hand attaching photo. what could be the cause and what could be done as it looks big.

I have gone through the picture. There are signs of inflammation which is likely to be due to an underlying infection, a boil or even an abscess. It is hard to comment without examination whether antibiotic ointment like Neosporin would be enough or whether oral antibiotics need to be given. I would suggest you to take her to a pediatrician and get it evaluated.
