Male/60 - inflammation of pancreas that would show on ultrasound - stool and urine indicate presence of blood - determining how to proceed after ultrasound - wants to know causes of inflammation of pancreas...
Causes:
Gall stones in the bile duct
Alcoholism
Certain infections
Anatomical variation
Other rare causes

Further investigations are needed:
Consultation with a Gastroenterologist or Specialists dealing specifically in Hepato-billiary and pancreatic diseases as the dignostics and therapeutics are very specific.
Endoscopic Ultrasound
ERCP
MRCP
Contrast enhanced CT of the whole abdomen
Upper GI and Lower GI Endoscopsy to see for the cause of blood in stool.
Tests of blood: Amylase, lipase, liver function tests, bleeding and coagulation profile.
CT scan would help to see for the causes of blood in urine.

In short, this is going to be very specific study to find the causes and thence to treat accordingly.
I hope this answers your query.
