Question : My glucose test in the doctors office was at 149, I test at home and most of the time get in the 130's, so I don't want to medicate to lower this. Have had high blood suger for 20 years, I am 78. What do you think?

As per your age slight increased in blood sugar is expected there is nothing to feel bad about that.
I my opinion and considering age as a factor there is no need for medication.
as per your age it's advisable to continue diet and mild exersise.
I suggest you to consider taking Hba1c test .
