Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Based on your description, it's most likely that the affected ear is congested. It needs to be examined for any purulent discharge or secretion due to a bacterial infection. If present, then antibiotics can be advised.
If no such finding is made on examination and Otoscope exam is also normal, then decongestants like Pseudoephedrine can be added to Ibuprofen in consultation with your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
