What Causes Insomnia While On Tizanidine?

Question: I took one dose of Tizanidine HC 2mg yesterday at 1:00 pm. It relieved my muscle pain, but left me wide awake all night last night. I cannot take this again. But now I am wondering if I can take acetomenophen tonight around 7:00 pm without any risk of interaction.
