Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma am, Good Morning!
Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the bleeding between the periods (Intermenstrual) and at the time of having sex (post coital bleeding).
Intermenstrual and the post coital bleeding can be a sign of serious underlying serious pathology involving the cervix (polyps, ectropion or cancer), uterus (fibroid, polyps or cancer) or the pelvic organs (endometriosis).
Such bleeding can also occur in women who take hormonal replacement therapy or drugs like Tamoxifen or blood thinners.
So, in view of the above possibilities, I would advise you to kindly consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation and investigation to find out the exact cause behind your problem.
Hope this suggestion could be beneficial to you in getting the successful treatment.
Should you need more information, I shall be glad to answer your query.
Best of your health.
