Question : I have a 20 to 21 day cycle. I am late expected period April 13 I spotted and when away also spotted on 15 only when wiped. I did not spot until yesterday and today only when I wipe again.. I have taken two pregnancy test and negative. I ovulated on the 5th of April.. I have been trying for two years .. I am so confuse don't know what going on.. My past pregnancy I was giving promethium I was high risk for miscarriage. I am wonder if I need again meds.. My doctor can not see me til may 20th I think it might be to late.. What can I do? I can not get refill.. Since I have short cycle I can not get pregnant easy and miscarry

Brief Answer: Age is concerning Detailed Answer: Hi Short cycles are probably due to your increasing age. As age increases the eggs decrease in ovary. These lead to shorter cycles in some women. Hence please get following blood tests on day 2 of cycle : FSH and AMH. Follicular scan on day 2 of your cycle. These will tell about egg reserve and can tell probability of conception. What other test do you think i should take or medications, by the way i just pass a big clog with tissue and it follow with havey flow now . i think i just misscarried, i had misscarrages before to, like i mention my last son i was given promitrium.. How can i test if i am having problames with the lining.. I am tired of misscarring,

Brief Answer: beta hCG Detailed Answer: Hi I dont think its miscarriage. If you want to confirm it please do home urine pregnancy test or give blood test for serum beta hCG. This will confirm if there was pregnancy. You can consider other options only after confirming this was pregnancy. No need to worry without testing. Regards

Thats it, i have been given prometrium progesterone 300 am and pm pm hold my last pregnacy.. I would like names of test to check my hormons etc, lining etc.. I had several miscarrages i now how it is,

Brief Answer: confirm Detailed Answer: Hi The picture you have sent seem like a clot. Please send this yo a lab immediately to test if it is a fetus from miscarriage. I would like to answer your specific questions. 1. It is better to be on prometrium if your pregnancy is confirmed. Next time start the progesterone 300 mg twice a day. 2. Endometrial thickness need to be confirmed by ultrasound scan on about 14th day. If less you need to get estradiol tablets. 3. Get serum FSH and AMH after 2 days.
