Brief Answer:
Antibiotic seems necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Urethra, bladder or prostate infection are the most probable reasons. It would be good to have it diagnosed with simple urine analysis. Once it is confirmed, antibiotic is necessary (for example ciprofloxacine 500 mgs twice a day for 3-5 days). You should also drink plenty of mineral water and start cranberries supplements.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
