default
Posted on Wed, 1 Apr 2015
Question: I urinate blood with blood clots off and on.I had a CT done while here in Florida during the winter months.
It shows very little other then some "mass" in the bladder but also 2 small spots on my lower lungs.I have no pain any where.I have read up n the symptoms and as far as I can judge, the are close to what is know as the "bladder cancer symptoms" Should go back home a.s.a.p or could I finish my holiday till April 2nd/

Brief Answer:
Need to go back home

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Mass in the bladder along with 2 spots in the lung could mean that you might be having carcinoma of the bladder with metastasis. The fact that there is blood in the urine could mean that the tumour is active and very vascular. I recommend that you fly back and see a urologist for a cystoscopy and biopsy. The faster you approach a specialist better is the prognosis.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
