Brief Answer:
Regarding to tests, serious conditions are excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Regarding to tests results, serious conditions that may cause dizziness such neurologic ones are excluded.

Other possible conditions that may cause dizziness include inner ear dysfunction, episodes of low blood pressure, anemia, low blood sugar levels, and anxiety disorders such panic attacks eg.

If you haven't, blood tests about iron, hemoglobin, sugar levels should be done and blood pressure should be monitored few days to evaluate/rule out these simple conditions that may cause dizziness.

Physical therapy could help blood circulation and anxiety as well, improving this way dizziness.

Since physical therapy helped, you should continue exercises by yourself to maintain this improvement.

If blood tests and blood pressure monitoring come back okay, possible causes of your dizziness remain inner ear dysfunction and anxiety disorder.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
If ENT evaluation resulted negative, anxiety remains the culprit.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

If inner ear or balance nerve(s) dysfunction is the cause of dizziness, it us suspected and evaluated clinically and investigated further with tests.

As far as I know, you underwent an ENG and an ENT consult.

If these resulted negative about finding dysfunction of inner ear, stress remains the most probable explanation.

Again, if anemia and blood glucose levels weren't tested yet, they too should be evaluated as potential causes of dizziness.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
