Brief Answer:
Mild enteritis and/or Lymph nodes inflammation

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Such an intermittent slight mild twinge - very dull pain in the left of middle abdomen for 2 weeks can be due to the following reasons:
Small intestinal mild inflammation causing not much of intestinal symptoms - sort of mild sub-clinical enteritis.
There can be mesenteric lymph node inflammation.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get high resolution ultrasound of abdomen.
Tests of stool.
Tests of blood.
tests of urine.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor, investigations and treatment as per the cause found.
Symptoms although mild can foretell any deep seated problems.

I hope this answer helps you.
