Question : I have had on/off fever, chills, fatigue, achiness, dizziness plus stomach pain and some nausea for 36 hours. Burping taste of what little I ate yesterday. Feel full without eating. I don't know what is wrong with me

I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

You are probably having a stomach bug.
You can take tylenol 4 times a day for fever and prilosec once a day for the abdominal symptoms and zofran for nausea.
The burping is due to acid reflux and prilosec will provide relief from it also.

If fever persists get a complete blood count done.

Zofran is a prescription medicine. Is there an OTC equivalent?

Also, is it normal to feel as though my digestion has just stopped? My stomach hurts and is nauseated at the same time. Have not had a bowel movement in 24 hours. Feel full, but cannot vomit. And I ate some toast yesterday with cheese - that is the taste I keep burping about 18 hours later. That is all I've had in the past 36 hours.

These symptoms are due to indigestion.
And constipation is worsening the symptoms..

You can take Emetrol or Nauzene for relief from nausea. Both are available as OTC.
If you are not passing flatus also in addition to constipation, get immediate medical attention.
